Can't Stop Must Survive [Godot 4.1.1]

This was created for day 3 of the Pass the GAME Challenge 2023 jam.

Updates to the Day 2 entry include (but are not limited to):

new player visuals, player and enemy healthbars, new enemy type, bugfixes, new particle effects, score (not connected to anything atm), player death functionality, minor tweaks to tweening animations and juiciness :)

I only had about 5 hours to work on this so I didn't get as much finished as I had initially hoped, but either way it was really fun to work on, and I'm excited to see if anyone branches this version out further (since there are a lot of different versions already :P)
