A downloadable game for Windows

In this fast paced rogue-like arcade style game, you will control a character using WASD, the Arrow Keys, or even a Joystick.

Hold down a direction, then release to launch your character across the map!

- HOW TO PLAY

Upon starting the game, you may notice a small timer above the play area. Keep this in mind, because if the timer reaches zero, the round ends via your player exploding!

In order to keep this timer from depleting, you must push any of the 3 crates into one of the phantoms. This event will give you one point, as well as add a small amount of time to your inevitable doom! How long can you last in this puzzling dungeon? Why not find out!

- IMPORTANT NOTES

Warning : This game contains extreme screen shake, flash, and bright lights!

Note : Unlike common game physics (where your player can only move 1 row of blocks at a time), the character featured in this game has over-activated his Adrenaline, and has virtually entered god-mode (he can push any number of blocks with one shove).

But without the resistance of a crate, he will run freely until he hits something. Think ahead and have fun!

- GAME INFORMATION

This game was created for the -2022 January- Juice Jam.

The entire project took about 7 days to make, and although my initial plans for the game were much larger and more refined, I'm quite happy with the overall finished product in light of the fact that my schedule was packed this week, and I was running on 5-6 hours of sleep a day ;)

I want to say that although the art style was created very quickly, I'm decently happy with the odd but interesting theme it provides. (Also, yes. It was originally inspired from Downwell's simplistic grayscale pixel art :)

Please leave feedback on which parts of the game you liked, and which parts seem to be lacking. Although there's a lot I'd change given more time, a vital part of my growth as a game developer is feedback from others.

Also, credit to Tim Day for the amazing soundtrack!
